1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how chinjo (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the PokiDoku mobile game (“PokiDoku” or the “App”).

PokiDoku is a logic puzzle game. The App does not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address, phone number, or other contact information to play.

2. Data We Handle

In the current version of the App, the following game information is stored only on your device:

InformationWhy it is usedSent to us?
Game progress and virtual itemsTo restore your level, streak, coins, hints, reveals, and energy on the same device. No
Language preferenceTo show the App in English or Chinese according to your selection. No

The current App does not collect or transmit personal information, precise location, contacts, messages, photos, audio, camera data, payment information, health information, advertising ID, or usage analytics to chinjo.

3. How Data Is Used

Local game information is used solely to provide core game functions on your device, including saving progress, restoring virtual game items, calculating energy recovery, and remembering your language setting.

We do not sell, rent, profile, or use this local information for advertising or marketing.

4. Sharing, Advertising, and Third Parties

We do not share the locally stored game information with third parties.

The current release does not include an active advertising or analytics SDK. The App may display reward-related options as part of gameplay, but no advertising partner is active unless a future release adds and configures one.

If a future version integrates an advertising, analytics, cloud-save, crash-reporting, or other third-party SDK, we will update this Privacy Policy and the App’s Google Play Data safety declaration before that version is released. Such an update will identify the provider, the data involved, the purpose, and any required choices or consent.

Google Play, your device manufacturer, your mobile carrier, and your operating system may process information independently under their own privacy policies. This policy covers the PokiDoku App and chinjo’s handling of information, not those independent services.

5. Retention and Deletion

PokiDoku does not maintain a server-side account or database containing your game progress. Local game information remains on your device until you clear the App’s storage in your device settings or uninstall the App.

Because we do not receive or store your game progress on our servers, we cannot retrieve, export, or delete it remotely. The App has no user accounts, so an account-deletion process is not applicable.

6. Security

The App uses your device’s application storage to keep local game data. We do not transmit that data to our servers in the current version. No method of storage is completely risk-free, but keeping the data on-device minimizes the information handled by us.

7. Children’s Privacy

PokiDoku does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. If you believe the App has collected personal information in error, please contact us so we can investigate.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s features or data practices change. We will post the updated version at this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes, including adding a third-party SDK that handles user data, will be disclosed before the affected version is released.
